Our membership options allow our athletes the flexibility to adjust their plan to their schedule. Since we are organized in this way, we can accommodate any level of commitment and athlete.

Your selected membership options can include (you select the options you want):
  • Workout Sessions (workout sessions are in 1 hour increments unless noted otherwise)

3) After you pay for your sessions schedule them by clicking a link below:

-For Individual & Private Group Workout Sessions:
Choose “Private Group” if you have a group you would like to workout together, nobody else allowed (if you’re on a PSO Athletics team RSVP below for team practice).

Open sessions are open to all members with group workout session hours.

-You must create a U.P. profile during our registration process. We use the U.P. Team Up system to give our Student-Athletes an advantage over others.

 

-Select how many months you are committed to working with us to reach your fitness goals. Rates change depending on how many months you are committed to. If you select 3 or 12 months you are saying you will commit to participating in at least one workout, DEWs, or another membership option every month for the amount of months you selected.

 

-Use these hours to schedule a workout session with one of our highly qualified coaches.

 

-Use these hours to RSVP and attend a group workout session with our highly qualified coaches.

 

-Our DEWs are a workout plan sent to you to help keep you in shape and improving on days you don’t attend workout sessions. Our highly qualified staff create workouts and they are sent through your U.P. profile. You can even have them customized to your individual needs and goals.

 

-This is a great way to keep track of improvements and see where improvements can be made.

 

-Select the age group or team you fall under.

 

-Available tournaments.

 

-Available leagues.

 

-Add a practice jersey.

 

-Mark if you have signed up for automatic payments.
