If you're routing a video device through the sound bar and to your TV, ensure that all of the cables are firmly connected and also that they are connected to the right place. Even if your TV supports SoundShare, if the firmware on your Samsung TV is outdated the feature may not work through your Samsung sound bar. Make sure the sound bar is set to play audio from the appropriate input. Remote wont change it. Also, are you experiencing this if you connect the sound bar to another TV? What does that mean? Is there a way to adjust it so the sound is the same all the time? Mute is not on, volume is up but there is no sound. It sounds silly, but you may just have the cables connected in the wrong place. The sound bar works but the bass box does not . Remote works fine, and display screen works as it should but no sound. Max holds a B.S. Alternatively, ensure that the batteries currently in the remote control aren't loose. No sound, Sound bar turned off on its own and now wont turn back on.
